The Prince of Wales last week joined the debate about whether schizophrenics should be roaming the streets. It was not necessary to look far for his adviser. The Prince's concerns about the Government's care in the community echoed precisely the position of Sane, the mental health charity of which he is patron, and which is the formidable lobbying tool of Marjorie Wallace, the former campaigning journalist.
